We will be happy to answer any questions; most people do not understand how it is possible to store enough heat in just one minute so that the plate is still hot after half hour, how come the ceramic plate does not break with the thermal shock? How can you handle it with your bare hands? Is the plate safe to use? (Of course it is) etc.
